Welcome to The Park Repairs
I have over two decades of proven experience in the property sector delivering reactive repairs, compliance and reinvestment works for some of the largest housing associations and private landlords in the UK.
As a CIH Chartered Member holding the CIH/CIOB joint award in Housing Maintenance and Management I am able to employ the very best practice to ensure that clients maintain a cost-effective and robust property management strategy. I can effectively analyse reactive repairs trends to formulate reinvestment plans which consider actual failure costs alongside nominal component lifespans.
I have recent experience managing repairs and compliance at HMOs, larger blocks and PBSA schemes with previous responsibility for safety at sheltered schemes, care homes and Ministry of Justice (BASS) accommodation. I am qualified to complete HHSRS inspections, fire risk assessments and EPC data collection.
My knowledge of property management in accordance with HMO regulations, Section 11 repairs and HHSRS is supported by a network of professionals available to provide expert guidance on all aspects of housing. On-site technical audit services are delivered by registered contractors across the UK
